WEEKLY SCHEDULED CLASSES: All classes are open to all levels and ages. Whether this is your first time on the mat, or you are an experienced yogi, join one of our certified teachers for an authentic mountain yoga experience.

PRIVATE GROUP CLASSES: In addition to our regular weekly scheduled classes, we also provide customized group & private classes by reservation. Hours
Spring, summer and fall yoga operations are now closed as we prep for winter.
Modifications are always available for every level of student.
Pricing
Purchase one of our single yoga class or pick-up a multi-pack for an even better price per class. Class Packs can only be used by one person, and cannot be redeemed by multiple people. Class Packs are valid through the Summer 2022 Season.
  • $20 - Single Yoga Class

  • $75 - 5 Pack of Yoga Classes
Winter Season Passes do not provide access to summer activities

Meet Our Certified Instructors

Emily Hartle

Emily Hartle is a local, Tuolumne County yoga teacher who began teaching yoga nearly seven years ago. After completing her first yoga teacher training in Mexico at 18 years old, Emily took the opportunity to travel and teach yoga in various places around the world. Emily is a teacher who invites elements of playfulness and challenge into her classes while simultaneously providing a restorative, relaxing environment.

Emily is experienced in teaching various styles of yoga, including; Traditional Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative. She is attentive to body alignment throughout classes, and works with students individually to meet various skill levels. With the belief that yoga is more than asana (physical) practice, Emily encourages her students to continue their yoga practice off the mat. Emily cares deeply about sharing her love of yoga with others, and looks forward to the opportunity of sharing wellness with the community at Dodge Ridge.

Miriam Sanchez

Miriam Sanchez was born in Los Angeles and moved to Sonora at a young age. Her yoga journey began in 2012. After completing her first yoga class at Columbia College, Miriam enrolled in yoga II to dive deeper into the practice. She soon discovered that yoga was the missing piece. She signed up for the Gift of Yoga teacher training program summer of 2014. She then received her certification Spring of 2015. Soon after she dove right into teaching classes at Stanislaus State University.  Miriam is a firm believer in incorporating breathwork and movement within her practice. She also enjoys incorporating sound bowls and meditation to deepen her yoga practice. She is an avid learner and continues to attend yoga retreats and trainings in her spare time.

Miriam is experienced in teaching Vinyasa, Hatha, and restorative. She has experience working with students, faculty, and staff at Stanislaus State University and is excited to share her love of yoga with the community. She encourages all students to practice whether they're seasoned yogis or simply new to the practice.  In her spare time, you can find Miriam strolling through the farmer's market, hiking, and cooking up delicious healthy recipes.
