Enjoy your summer in the sierra and work in one of the most beautiful places on earth. Join the campground team and help maintain the 11 different campgrounds that Dodge Ridge manages throughout the Stanislaus National Forest.

We'll also be developing our new summer operations with mountain biking, lift-accessed disc golf, scenic chairlift rides, events and more. Keep an eye out as we post positions to support these new operations.

Currently Hiring for Clark Fork, Sand Flat and Brightman Campgrounds

Spend the summer along Sonora Pass in the beautiful Central Sierra. Hosting positions are seasonal paid positions that include a monthly propane allowance. Applicants must have the ability to provide adequate self contained accommodations (RV, Motorhome, Camper, Trailer) to live on-site at the campground in a company provided space. Please note, not all spaces have electricity, water and sewer.

Our Campground Hosts are responsible for the daily operations of the campground. These operations include greeting guests, providing information about the campgrounds, daily maintenance, cleaning, enforcing the Innkeeper Rules and Regulations and fee collection.




The Campground Maintenance employee is primarily responsible for the daily and weekly maintenance of all campground facilities including restrooms, campsites, and booths. This work includes cleaning, trash removal, minor repairs to buildings and signs, guest interaction, driving and walking.

A professional appearance at Dodge Ridge is required. We will provide most of the uniform for you to do your job. However, you will be required to provide some items as part of your job. The quality, color, and style of the items must be approved by your manager prior to being worn to work. All hats worn must have the Dodge Ridge logo while on shift.


Lift Operations is responsible for assisting and providing instruction for the safe loading and unloading of our guests on chair lifts while providing excellent guest service. This is an outdoor and physically demanding position. Daily duties include maintaining loading and unloading areas, completing required paperwork and acting as a host for our guests. This position will operate both top and bottom lift stations. Lift Operations is a team-oriented department with focus on safety and guest service. This is a KEY member of the Dodge Ridge Team.


This position is continually maintaining reasonably safe and fun Bike trails and a safe environment for our guests. A bike patrol manager is there to provide first aid treatment when necessary. Gives assistance to resort guests (internal and external), enforces company safety regulations and performs various as assigned tasks.
