Having been in operation for over 70 seasons, we take pride in being a leader in mountain recreation, focusing on families, delivering excellent guest service, and valuing our team. We are proud of the work our employees do and we are committed to providing a quality employment experience.
We hire for several different departments each winter and summer including campground positions, snows ports instructors, lift operators, ski or bike patrol, facilities maintenance staff, retail staff, food and beverage, and more!
Open House Interviews 9-3pm Everyday
Applicants or prospective applicants are encouraged to come to the mountain for open house interviews for all departments. Our hiring team will be there daily from 9:00-3:00 to meet with interested applicants and discuss the details of the open positions. Open house interviews are conducted in the administrative office on the lower level of the Creekside Lodge. Applicants who meet Dodge Ridge’s employment standards may be hired on the spot!
