Dodge Ridge also operates campgrounds in the local area and we hire to staff those positions Spring through Fall.

IT Administrator

The IT Administrator position is responsible for the oversight and maintenance of all aspects of the company’s Information Technology (IT) infrastructure.  This includes the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of all IT systems, both hardware and software.  This position is a full time year round, benefited position and a key member of the Dodge Ridge.



Food & Beverage Manager

The Food and Beverage department is a team-oriented department focused on providing our guests with excellent customer service and a pleasurable dining experience. The Food and Beverage Manager works closely with the General Manager to ensure that departmental goals are obtained and maintained through proper menu planning, inventory control, staff scheduling, and being a leader in delivering excellent customer service. This is a full-time year-round, benefited position, and a KEY member of the Dodge Ridge Team



Human Resources Administrative Assistant

Under the guidance and direction of the Human Resources Director, the Human Resources Administrative Assistant administers a wide variety of functions supporting the company objective of providing the highest quality of human resource. This position supports the daily operations of the Human Resources Department. Maintaining the upmost levels of confidentiality, organization, professionalism, flexibility and compliance with all employment laws, policies and regulations, as well as company policy and procedure, are major functions of this position. This is a KEY member of the Dodge Ridge Team.
