CAMPGROUND HOSTS

Currently Hiring for Dardanelle and Brightman Flat Campground

Spend the summer along Sonora Pass in the beautiful Central Sierra. Hosting positions are seasonal paid positions that include a monthly propane allowance. Applicants must have the ability to provide adequate self contained accommodations (RV, Motorhome, Camper, Trailer) to live on-site at the campground in a company provided space. Please note, not all spaces have electricity, water and sewer.

Our Campground Hosts are responsible for the daily operations of the campground. These operations include greeting guests, providing information about the campgrounds, daily maintenance, cleaning, enforcing the Innkeeper Rules and Regulations and fee collection.

Digital Media Manager

The Digital Media Manager oversees a company’s interactions with the public through implementing content strategies across a full stack of digital media tools, including web, social and email marketing/CRM platforms. Duties include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns to build community online.

This position requires the ability to work both independently and with a team in a fast paced, dynamic environment, while maintaining great organizational skills. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are essential with constant attention to detail required. This is a key benefited full-time year-round position.



Risk Manager

The Risk Manager is responsible for overseeing company risk and safety management activities under the direction of the Resort Operations Director.  The job involves determining, analyzing, and mitigating harmful risks to an organization’s daily operations. Risk Management is an ongoing practice which is required and followed by every business regardless of their size, nature, and type. It requires that we try to recognize the potential threats in advance and takes all necessary steps to avoid their effects on our business.   Key functions of this position are the implementation of safety policies and procedures, loss prevention programs, accident and incident investigations and security. The Risk Manager provides resort leadership in the areas of risk and safety and leads efforts in risk/safety management strategy to minimize hazards, risks and loss. This is a KEY full time year round and benefited position.



Equipment Mechanic 

The Equipment Maintenance Mechanic will support Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining and repairing the equipment and vehicle fleet in accordance with all applicable rules and regulations and the Dodge Ridge Maintenance Program. This position requires a competent mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting of various machinery and components, and performing all tasks with a safety-first attitude. This position will also provide support to other maintenance projects such as Lift Maintenance. This position is a KEY member of the Dodge Ridge Team.
