Working at Dodge Ridge has many opportunities. We hire for several different departments that include snowsports instructor, lift operator, patrol, retail, sales, food and beverage, and more! Dodge Ridge also operates campgrounds in the local area and we hire to staff those positions Spring through Fall.

Highlighted Positions

Chairlift Operator

Lift Operations is responsible for assisting and providing instruction for the safe loading and unloading of our guests on chair lifts, carpet conveyor and surface lifts while providing excellent guest service. This is an outdoor and physically demanding position. Daily duties include shoveling and maintaining snow on loading and unloading areas, completing required paperwork and acting as a host for our guests. This position will operate both top and bottom lift stations. Lift Operations is a team-oriented department with focus on safety and guest service. This is a KEY member of the Dodge Ridge Team.

Slope Grooming Manager

The Slope Grooming Manager is responsible for grooming the slopes to provide the best skiing/riding surface possible for our guests and terrain park building. Position typically works the nights and requires an extremely detail-oriented, experienced, safety-conscious, and responsible candidate.  Must possess a valid driver’s license. This position is a full-time year-round, benefited position and a key member of the Dodge Ridge.

Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator works with the Marketing Director to develop and execute strategies to drive sales for the resort. The marketing coordinator needs to stay informed about the market, industry trends, and the competitive landscape, while helping strategize and implement marketing, branding, and advertising plans. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions including content creation, advertising, branding, digital marketing, and social media. This position requires the ability to work both independently and in a team environment, with the ability to organize and multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, effective organizational skills and constant attention to detail are required skills. This is a key benefited full-time year-round position and a key member of the team.

Human Resources Administrative Assistant

Under the guidance and direction of the Human Resources Director, the Human Resources Administrative Assistant administers a wide variety of functions supporting the company objective of providing the highest quality of human resource. This position supports the daily operations of the Human Resources Department. Maintaining the upmost levels of confidentiality, organization, professionalism, flexibility and compliance with all employment laws, policies and regulations, as well as company policy and procedure, are major functions of this position. This is a KEY member of the Dodge Ridge Team.
