Full Time, Year Round Positions

Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager works with the Marketing Team to implement marketing and sales strategies. This position is responsible for both the daily operations of the Marketing Department as well as the long-term plans for growth and improvement (i.e. the development and implementation of events, promotions, department staffing and training, and database administration.) This position works closely with the Marketing Director to maintain oversight of all aspects of the company’s marketing effort, including but not limited to: online marketing and e-commerce, advertising, direct and e-mail marketing, event marketing, collateral materials, and promotions. This position is a key member of the Dodge Ridge team.

Seasonal Positions 


Rental Manager: Full Time

The Rental Manager oversees the rental operations of the Rental Center and the Snowsports Children’s Rental Center in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and has the expectation to provide a well-organized and efficient equipment rental process for our guests.


Terrain Park Cat Operator: Full Time

The Terrain Park Cat Operator is responsible for the construction and grooming of the Terrain Parks at Dodge Ridge to provide the best Skiing/snowboarding surface possible for our guests under the direction of the Slope Grooming Manager and Terrain Parks Manger.


Ski Patrol: Full Time

Ski Patrollers- 1st year & Experienced – Ski Patrol is a team-oriented department focused on providing our guests with excellent customer service on or off the mountain.  In addition to emergency rescues and mountain safety, ski patrollers are hosts, guides and information centers.  When called upon, ski patrol will respond to whatever the task may be.


Marketing: Full Time/Part Time

Front Desk Receptionist: The Front Desk Receptionist position requires a sales oriented candidate with the ability to drive sales and match guest needs with the appropriate product and service using sales software.

Marketing Assistant and Snow Reporter: The Marketing Assistants primary focus is daily snow reporting with responsibilities supporting day to day operations in Marketing, Events, Front Desk Sales and Group Sales.


Accounting: Part Time

 Cash Room Clerk: The primary functions of the Cash Room Associate are to ensure that the daily cash receipts are processed.


Guest Services: Part Time

Guest Services Associate: Guest Service staff is responsible for informing guests of all available services and efficiently selling the appropriate products.

Mountain Host: Mountain Hosts inform guests about Dodge Ridge services, answer questions and provide general guest assistance.


Lift Operations: Full Time/Part Time

Lift Operators: Responsible for the safe loading and unloading of our customers on chair lifts, carpet conveyor and surface lifts.


Snowsports: Full Time/Part Time 

Ski/Snowboard Instructor: Snowsports Instructors provide exceptional guest service while working with our guests to advance their technical skills along with their enjoyment of the sport while maintaining a safe learning environment.


Rentals: Part Time

Rental Shop Associate and Rental Shop Technician: Rental Shop staff is responsible for creating a well organized and efficient equipment rental process for our guests.         


Sport Shop: Part Time

Sport Shop Sales Associate: The Sports Shop Sales Associate is in charge of maintaining the quality of the store’s presentation by monitoring and maintaining the inventory, organization and cleanliness of the store.


Food and Beverage: Full Time/Part Time

Cashier: The responsibilities of the Food and Beverage Cashier are to accurately calculate food and beverage sales; to pleasantly interact with guests, answer their questions, as well as assisting with necessary tasks to maintain the smooth operation of the dining area.

Grill Cook: The Grill Cook has a key role in providing our guests with excellent customer service at Dodge Ridge.  The Grill Cook is one of the first employees to arrive at the mountain, beginning their morning taking and filling Breakfast & Lunch orders for our guests.

Line Server: The responsibilities of this position are to prepare menu items, fill guest orders as requested, and maintain an organized and clean workstation.

Receiving Clerk: The responsibilities of the receiving clerk are to receive, track and stock all incoming inventory.

Guest Attendant: The Guest Attendant plays a key role in maintaining the Creekside Café, Locals or North Fork Bistro as a neat and clean dining environment for our guests.


Base Area Operations: Full Time/Part Time

Base Area Attendant: The main responsibility of the Base Area Attendant is to prepare and maintain our base facilities for our guests.


Terrain Parks: Part Time

Terrain Parks Staff: The Terrain Park crew will provide maintenance of the various terrain features and maintain all hill safety issues pertaining to the parks.
