Full Time, Year Round Positions
The Marketing Coordinator’s focus is in three areas: A) Maintaining daily continuity of marketing tasks and opportunities and B) Maintaining the daily continuity of collection of and reporting of resort guest-related conditions and related snow reporting/marketing, and C) Providing scheduled support for general Marketing needs, Front Desk, Group Sales & Support, and Events. This is the lead person for establishing and maintaining the systems and documentation for continuity of these responsibilities over seven-day-a-week operation and with a small number of individuals. Work days will involve very early (5 a.m.) on-site reporting of snow conditions via recorded phone greeting, daily grooming reports, and web site updates. Prior experience in winter sports sales and/or marketing or a strong desire to gain that experience is essential. This position requires the successful candidate to work both independently and also in a team environment with the ability to organize and multi-task in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Guest Services Supervisor
The Guest Services Supervisor supports the Guest Services and Ticketing Manager in the daily operation of the department, producing a positive work environment and promoting a guest-focused and sales-oriented atmosphere while maintaining secure cash handling practices, staff training guidelines and adhering to the department budget. This position assists in the supervision of Ticket Sales, Special Tickets, Guest Services and Mountain Host Staff to ensure a professional, positive and seamless guest experience. This position also supervises Season Pass sales. The successful candidate works closely with department staff to organize, prioritize and multi-task in a fasted paced, changing environment. This position requires the ability to work closely with other resort departments to provide guests with the best possible experience. This is a KEY member of the Dodge Ridge team.
Children’s Snowsports Program Manager
The manager in this position is responsible for the Children’s Lesson Program Operations which will include the following responsibilities: program growth and development, recruiting, motivating & training staff, following a financial plan, developing and implementing a risk management plan and demonstrating passion & enthusiasm for the sport. It is important that this position is a visible staff member on the mountain in order to provide constant coaching and interaction with instructors and students to ensure lesson product standards are met. This key role is critical to the successful growth and development of the company.

Front Desk Receptionist
The Front Desk Receptionist position requires a sales oriented candidate with the ability to drive sales and match guest needs with the appropriate product and service using sales software. This position provides our guests with general resort information and fields guest requests to appropriate departments. Successful candidate has the ability to organize and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment. Applicant must have excellent communication skills, verbal and non-verbal, superior organizational skills and attention to detail. This is a team-oriented position focused on providing our guests excellent customer service.
